EXHIBITOR MANUAL
Dear Exhibitor:
Welcome to Electric West taking place March 18-20, 2009 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. We are looking forward to a great show and are eager to assist you.
To help in the preparation of your exhibit, we have assembled this Exhibitor Service Manual. Please take the time to go through this manual as it contains important information regarding every aspect of your exhibit space. Note new Display Rules!
All of the General Contractor’s services are located under the GES Exposition Services section. These services include labor, furniture rentals, carpet, custom booths, material handling and booth cleaning. All services and/or furnishings should be ordered in advance in order to take advantage of discounted rates. Advance planning and ordering services early may result in extra savings, so be sure to use the checklist that is provided for you in this Manual.
Hotel and Travel Information is located in the Hotel & Travel Section of this manual. Be sure to make your hotel reservations by February 20th, in order to take advantage of the special rates at Treasure Island.

There are two types of Peninsula Booths: (a) one which backs up to a linear booths, and (b) one which backs to another Peninsula Booth and is referred to as a “Split Island Booth.” The maximum height limitation for a Peninsula Booth is 14 feet.
